With ever so changing Technology, our team strives to be at the cutting edge in our industry. We specialize in installation, programming and servicing of vintage to present Johnson FX and Niagara AX. All certifications and continuing education courses required by the manufacturer are up to date.
Our Engineers will provide a control submittal/as built drawings with detailed flow diagrams, an outlined sequence of operation, point to point wiring diagrams, a bill of material for ease of understanding the systems operation. The Project Managers have a clear understanding of the project and have the expertise to coordinate projects accordingly to meet the client needs. Our Field Control Technicians and Programmers will start-up and commission the systems to operate impeccably and to its client expectations.
Engineering/Design Build

Air Tech Solutions, Inc. is an HVAC company focused on the needs of our commercial and industrial customers, from design inception to project completion. We are dedicated to meeting the many challenges involved in the HVAC industry. We are prepared to take on this challenge by employing an engineering department that is both educated and experienced. Our engineers/draftsmen have an unparalleled understanding of the HVAC industry as well as its supplemental design tools. The head engineer has been involved in the HVAC industry for over thirty years and employed at Air Tech Solutions for over ten years. Air Tech Solutions aims to hire the best in the field, therefore the rest of our engineering department have received extensive training resulting in four year Bachelors of Science degrees specifically in the field of HVAC design and/ or Mechanical Engineering.
Air Tech Solutions engineering department develops shop drawings for commercial design/build projects and plan & spec projects. Our formula for success is to provide paramount service to our clients utilizing the most up-to-date drafting software as well as the latest hardware to design the best HVAC systems for the project. When it comes to our design/build projects or tenant build-outs, our engineers visit the job sites and perform a field survey of existing conditions before producing any shop drawings. To accomplish this properly they measure what exists in the space both architecturally and mechanically. They also utilize digital cameras to record critical visual aspects of each project. This helps them to coordinate the best placement for the equipment, ductwork, and piping. Our engineering department is currently using AutoCAD 2012 to bring the needs of the consumer and the application together to design the right HVAC system for our clients.
Installation

Since Air Tech Solutions, Inc was founded in 2006 we have been involved with a wide range of installation projects.
Through the years Air Tech Solutions, Inc has gone from more basic installations like rooftop equipment and ductwork with a localized thermostat for control, to very complex installations like geothermal wells with water source heat pumps that are controlled by a building automation system that can be remote accessed through the internet.
Service & Maintenance

Air Tech Solutions, Inc service department has technicians that are trained to work on HVAC equipment ranging from one to several hundred tons. The average technician has 15 plus years working within the service department and is educated on a continuous basis on all the latest HVAC products. This keeps us on the cutting edge of our industry’s ever-changing technology. You will find our technicians available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle any emergency that may arise. Our technicians work out of fully stocked vehicles and are in constant communication with our dispatchers so that they can be mobilized to and from any location quickly and with the materials needed to get you, the customer, back online. Our technicians will arrive in uniform with fully marked vehicles, making it easy for you to identify non-employee personnel working at your facility. We have certified energy management specialists available to access your building’s HVAC systems in order to diagnose and repair software issues before they become critical situations, thus sparing you costly and prolonged downtime.
